Very happy with my experience. I needed a short-term rental due to household water issue and Carrie Park U-Haul storage worked out great. This is a big facility with plenty of room for moving van to pull in and out. Staff was very helpful.

Todd J | Online Move InMy only complaint might be the fact that temperature wasn't helpful during the most critical time I needed to access the units. And it was a bit strange having two small units when the plan was to have one big enough for everything. I'm not sure if I paid by volume or more for having two units. I still don't understand why getting through the smaller entry door never seemed to work, forcing me to use the car door. I'm just glad everything seemed safe, secure and clean. And being close to the restrooms was a bonus.
