Upon entering the storage area, other people were blocking the aisle by parking on sides and in the opposite direction. Not the fault of the facility. Had to back up the moving truck around the corner and take a different aisle. No lock present in my new unit, went to the office and was provided with one.
Bruce W | First ImpressionsI discovered one day by coming up to U-Haul to check on my motorcycle that one of their employees driving a forklift had hit it and knocked it over subsequently picking it up from the floor putting it back in the spot it was in and saying nothing to management about what he had done. I was told that regardless of if it was U-Haul's employee with a forklift hitting my bike knocking it over and causing $6,000 worth of damage they were not responsible. I filed a claim and my claim was rejected against the U-Haul insurance. Based on this experience with U-Haul I would never do business with U-Haul again ever nor would I recommend anyone ever!
mark m | Overall ExperienceThe lady at the desk didn’t let me know where my truck was parked. I was walking around looking for my truck after I checked in. Also the truck check engine soon light came on while driving it says stabilizer bar on the dashboard. But when I brought it back the light was off again. There is also a big screw in the tire it could be the reason. I saw it before pulling off witb the truck.

My storage unit was clean and a note placed the the lock was so appreciated and next level. One step away from excellent: My truck was not was as clean, no person came to the truck during my appointment return. It would still be nice to be seen off.
CONNIE F | Overall ExperienceVery helpful and friendly check-in person, only negative was that initial storage locker size did not match what database said (too small) but suitable alternative was found.

However, they were quick to explain it during business hours. The unit was not needed after all and it was easy to cancel as well.
