This location is the most desirable because of easy access to highways. The property is easy to maneuver the trucks and trailers. The general Manager Nicole is awesome. waiting to long as there was usually only 1 person, some items such as boxes for closets did have the correct bars and they still tried to sell them. Maintenance on the doors handles and bolts to lock the doors is very poor Also the rental of storage unit should have option of pro-rated when done with early, instead of paying for the entire month and during busy time you can double dip on the rental
joanne A | Overall ExperienceThere is someone currently living in unit 228 that smells bad and is smoking cigarettes inside the unit which in turn was making all my goods stored next door to smell. There was multiple occasions when i went to return camping supplies from a weekend of adventure back to the storage unit and had to turn away and come back the next day since there would be multiple homeless people around my unit going through what looks like piles of clothing and bicycle and wagon parts. Last week while accessing the unit i watched two people push the chain link fence back that is along the southern end from the main storage gate where the fence meets the lock block wall to freely come and go from the inside "secured" area to the outside. After seeing the overall decline of the facility and costs continuing to creep up I decided I would rent a moving truck and change to Sentinel Storage. For this I had to see the front desk team at Uhaul twice; once to pick up the moving truck and once to cancel the storage unit. Both times there was limited staff on shift and I had to wait for over an hour both times for service.
