Closed location. Had to call customer service three times to get through the return process, first to have the situation explained to me, then to get further assistance on the app return, then again to get the gate code, and after that the gate closed and wouldn’t let me back out as their key pad is broken. Luckily my son was outside of the gate to let me out. What was an overall great experience was ruined by this awful return experience, especially when there is another U Haul location with long hours less than a half mile away.
