Awful experience with my recent rental. I had reserved a truck and furniture dolly for my move. At pick up I was told there wasn't any dolly because no one tracks the inventory. Like what??? No dolly can mean unable to complete the move. The day of my move it was raining cats and dogs. The truck was leaking inside the cargo. I found many of my boxes on the floor soaking wet, and delicate items on top of the pile also wet from the leaky roof.

Used self drop off
Margaret SWhile the inordinate majority of customer service surveys are a waste of time and and human capital - too often orchestrated to push the response(s) towards a desired end - in this instance, every aspect of the transaction, from initiating a 4 day cargo van reservation almost 2 weeks in advance, to van pickup, to the comfort and mechanical condition of the vehicle, to drop off, even to the design of the customer survey, went flawlessly..., well..., almost. The bar code scanning feature, used to verify where the vehicle is dropped off after hours, failed to scan despite multiple attempts, in spite of the app having been uploaded not 10 minutes B 4 drop off. This necessitated a voice message, to which the site office had already addressed and completed the paperwork by the time a follow up call was made at 9:30 AM. Service was fast, accurate and almost furiously efficient!!! Two opposable thumbs up! Or if one prefers, eleven out of 10 stars...!
