Jeff SThe women working behind the desk was very helpful and kind. I would give her 5 stars. However, the original truck we were assigned was very dirty. There were piles and piles of dirt in the back of the truck. It clearly had not been cleaned since the last renters used the truck. We went back to the women working behind the desk and she was very apologetic. She reported that the individual who was supposed to have cleaned out the truck did not do their job. She switched us to the only other truck on their lot. This truck was also dirty. It looked like it had traveled from the beach because there was a lot of sand in the front and back of the truck. All of the cupholders had dirty and grim down in them. Overall, the truck was better than the first one we were assigned to, but the truck was still by far the dirtiest uHaul we have rented. The reason I would still recommend this location to a friend is because the women working behind the counter displayed wonderful costumer service. If it wasn't for her, I would not recommend this location to someone in the future.
