It took the rental agent about 30 minutes for each transaction. The U-Haul server was apparently running extremely slowly. There were two customers ahead of me. It took one hour and 20 minutes to pick up the vehicle! I had to hire someone to help me with the move. He was charging me $45 per hour, so the wait cost me $60 in payment to my idle helper. I had a reservation, but the truck I ordered was not available so I had to accept a truck without a ramp which made the mover much harder and it took much longer. Never again!
