There was no one present when I went to pick up my vehicle at 10:00. The truck was dirty. It had mud, cigarette ash and dirt on the console and throughout the console. The drivers side door did not close properly unless slammed shut with great force. The gas gauge was on E. The passenger seat was torn and the passenger vent was missing the covering vents, it was just a gaping hole in the dash. The cargo area of the truck contained dirt and garbage. My drop off location was changed from Bridgeport, West Virginia to Lost Creek, West Virginia which put me over the mileage and caused me an additional charge. I have rented from U-Haul previously and was very pleased. This experience was not pleasing.
