Very happy with everything. Thank you very much.

The Creston U-haul helped me over the phone first and upon pickup was a fast, courteous, friendly service. I highly recommend this establishment for your moving needs. Thanks again!!!

There was a drill I left in the cab and on inspection no one mentioned it to me. Plus I was charged a cleaning fee after the box was swept and I picked it up dirty.

The staff were extremely friendly and did a good job! Thanks!

The owners are great, everything went well, the whole experience was smooth

Provide greater choice in drop off locations for the same price. I had to drive an extra 3 hours to drop off in Creston rather than preferred location of Nelson in order to save $300.

Julia was excellent with her service and making sure everything was OK before picking up our truck. Very polite and courteous. The only negative thing out the whole experience was not having snow tires on the truck. It slowed down our entrance into the driveway about 45 minutes plus. Very disappointing.

Our only issue was the vehicle we rented did not have winter tires on it and we had to deal with the snow and ice on the roads as we live in the mountains.

this truck was rented in south east BC, and even though I rented it for November 10th-12th the unit DID NOT have any snow tires. Not a good option for the mountains.

Julie took very good care of us and went out of her way to accommodate us in all aspects of her job.

as per British Columbia laws, there should have tire chains in the vehicles that will be using the B.C. highways. the service I received in claiming the advertised rebate was excellent afgter approx. a month of waiting after the request was e-mailed. The Calgary manager was very cordial and the time he told me the rebate would be credited to the M.C. was spot on. I was pleased with 20 foot van's performance and would surely recommend U-Haul to anyone who asked me for a recommendation Thanks Robert Martin

Very nice and helpful staff

my 6x12 had effectively zero brake fluid in it and this nearly caused an accident twice on my route

When we complained that our chairs had been damaged by water we were told to call customer service!

First I would like to ask Uhaul headquater to be more honest on their website. The 26 feet long truck is huge but worthless, you can only load less than 10.000 lbs. And in many states, you are supposed to stop at the weight scale. PLease UHaul, make a list of the states where it is mandatory to stop. And anyway, in case of accident, it is safer to respect the gross load of the truck. I had no other choice than to rent a second truck from Ontario to BC which made my trip more expensive than if I had asked a company to do it for me. Second, what a shame still to buy Ford truck that use 10 miles per gallon in a time when more people think about their wallet and ecology. Thanks, JP
