I had to call Uhaul to get a gate code to get in. It took over an hour to get the gate code.

Have an actual person there to help or clear location to find truck keys. There was no office or clear instruction to where the key box was. It was a tiny thing hidden on the gate that is easily missed. Also this online system was ridiculous with the lack of help or explanation as to what to do to return the truck. I returned the truck and headed back to my new place and then got an email saying "Enable your phone's location to prove you returned the truck" and had to drive all the way back.
