ANTHONY RPick up was 8am online, Dolly I rented was not in truck and facility did not open until 10. I called and was told has to wait for facility to Ken to get. This put me 2 hours behind schedule and didn’t get my complete job done. I have to rent another one tomorrow to finish emptying my unit . No discount offered and transferred around when I called.
Melissa EWas a pretty smooth operation. Fee structure is a bit much. Paid over $80 for a truck that had a huge $19.95 sign in it. Deceiving marketing, of course.
