organization and communication was terrible. I called to make my reservation, nothing was completed properly, no one called me to tell me my pick up location changed. When we went to pick it up we found that out so had to drive to another location. It was raining and the uhaul we picked up was outside with the window down, so th seat was soaked.

The 24hr key drop box was behind a locked gate and I had to squeeze under the gate of the compound just to be able to return the keys to the supposed 24/7 drop box.
