Truck was fine but they had none of the other items and still tried to charge us. Staff acted as if we were bothering them.

Website indicated that they were open but were not. An adjoining shop was and helped unhook the trailer but keep commenting that this was not their job
JENNIE PDrop off was quick and outdoor at a gas station like shop. These items were explained and I was told we will see what happens and nothing has.

Alexanander BI had to drop the rental contract in the drop box because there was no one present in the building when I returned the trailer. I did get an email from them the next day thankfully. I am uncomfortable dropping off something with no one to confirm with or speak to
