No one was at the office when I went to pick up the vehicle I have to ride 30 minutes to a different location to get a truck when I got to the storage unit they said they were full I had to go to a different location to get a storage locker

I had to drop the rental contract in the drop box because there was no one present in the building when I returned the trailer. I did get an email from them the next day thankfully. I am uncomfortable dropping off something with no one to confirm with or speak to
