Customer service isn't good the guy seemed very lost & took forever they need to hire somebody else to help out it's ridiculous I returned the truck today and the guy said he would send me an estimate of everything today never received anything and then it was just 1 person ahead of me and no one else and I took 30 min just to be able to return keys never again.. worst experience ever.

I was charged for fuel, I have photos of when I picked the truck up and when I dropped it off, 4he full is exactly the same. I would like a refund for the 4 gallons of fuel. 760 500 8480 Other than that a great experienc, easy and quick process.

Its not fair for a customer that goes days before to reserve an equipment to have to go to other location far away from where you wanted to rent the equipment and also have to deliver the equipment in that far location or get hit with a extra to return an equipment. If you are choosing a location to pick up an equipment it because is convenient for you, one thing is to pick it up in that locationif is on your way and another is to drive the equipment back to just returned in a far location

The hours showed the facility opening at 8am everywhere online, directly from Uhaul's website,U-Haul customeR Serb or even told me that they should have opened at 8am (at 8:00am I was told “that facility sometimes opens 5 minutes late.†U-Haul's site was misleading, reflecting that I could have picked up my truck by 8:45 (or 24/7 using U-Haul.com/share). I used movinghelp.com to schedule movers to come help in the morning, and they arrived well before this location or my truck was available. From 8:30am onward I made multiple attempts to call Uhaul, and the lines were backed up over 20 minutes, then the call would drop. At a minimum, this facility's hours need to be updated, U-Haul shouldn't have allowed me to have a pick up time before the facility opened (at 10:30...). Uhaul Also needs to step up their customer service staffing (though I wouldn't have needed it had I known what time the facility opened. What a crazy Sunday we had. I loved movinghelp.com but am playing out all of my options before I use a Uhaul again.

Only one suggestion: I took a photo of my driver's license while it was inside my wallet's clear plastic holder. Did not realize the photo was clear as far as I could see, but not useable for the smart phone rental process. May have to inform customers to remove their license from any plastic casings.
