Had the van booked for 8am. When I arrived at the location at 8 am there was a sign on the door "back in 30 minutes'. I waited 1.5 hrs before they showed up. When they arrived, they were carrying coffees and garbage, from what it looks like they went to breakfast. I had to rearrange some furniture pick up and was severely annoyed by the whole situation. I will never rent from this location again and my next van rental may not be a uhaul which is unfortunate.
