Confused as if I am in right area. I see the U-Haul sign on the front building but no signage pointing to where to return vehicles. Also maybe it’s a new location because it does not show up on maps as U-Haul. And it also has no other vehicles. Just the one I dropped off and a trailer. However whoever I talked to on the phone was cool. He was helpful.
DEVIN LThis is a very sketchy location. The truck smelled horrible. My credit card was fraudulently used right after I left this location. Luckily American Express flagged the transaction as fraud. I am surprised Uhaul would be affiliated with this type of place. All other uhaul locations i have been in have been clean and professional.
Raquel PMay, the field manager, made this experience amazing. He had to come from a different location to make this work. However this location had poor communication prior to me contacting May. Everyone else I interacted with at other locations were FANTASTIC. But this specific spot didn’t communicate.
