I've rented a ton of Uhauls through the years and I have to say this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. This location was ok but the location on 711 West Shaw Ave Clovis CA was the worst ever. I had a reservation and they didn't have a truck for me. 2 customers before me obviously didn't have reservations and left with the same size truck I reserved and when I was next the guy looked like he made a big mistake and told me my truck hadn't arrived yet. I had to resort to finding another on myself.

ricky G.Information on after hours key drop off. Shopping center security did not know where drop box was. Install running boards for safe entrance/ leaving from cab. Tune up/ repair for poorly running engine. Repair drivers seat back/ adjustment. Install lower hand hold or back step for entrance to back of truck. This was my worst U-Haul rental ever!
