Everything from the reservation to the return was wonderful, especially the environment! Furniture Brat is the most aesthetically pleasing location to rent a U-Haul on planet earth and completely opposite of any U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. It’s a see it to believe it kind of thing. The rep assisting with my rental was well versed and efficient at every step. One single print out before walking me to the truck. The pick up process was 10 minutes max and drop off was half that. Again, all done digitally on an iPhone. It was probably the most perfect experience so the only thing I might suggest to change for the next customer would be related to historically common U-Haul funk. Tossing a disinfectant bomb in the cabs every now and again couldn’t hurt.
