Have the exterior also cleaned like the windows.I had to go clean the front window since it was dirty and spotty and hard to see through.

DEXTER HThe u-haul app was confusing, contained many broken links, like how to calculate fuel to refill. Repeated questions during the return process.
Hanson SThere were no u haul employees there. I had to download an app( good thing I had a mobile phone), and do all work myself including a heavy lift to get the trailer off my hitch. I was not told ahead of time this drop off would be handled in this manner.
