Truck was muddy inside and so was the box, not to mention it is in the middle of nowhere, but I have not chose this location for pick up, U-Haul did as they claim they had no equipment available in Buffalo area, I will call and ask for my uber bill to be reimbursed, the owner of the location was helpful tho.

You loft was soaked and we had 0miles to empty. Had to go backwards to get gas and street we didn't run out. Cell service was terrible to use mobile app. Number on doorkept forwarding. Delayed us 45 mins on pack up time. Never had an issue at other locations
