I rented a vehicle hauler (trailer), it had a van parked in front of it that I had to move before I could hook up. The trailer had the 4 prong flat electrical hook up rather than the 7 pin round which almost every other vehicle on the planet uses. I recommend letting your future customers know what adaptors will be needed to make the trailer lights/brakes work, prior to them arriving. I had the proper adaptor at my home which is 20 miles from where the trailer was picked up but did not bring it with me. I had to find and purchase a new adaptor before I could leave U-Haul with the trailer. As an aside, I would think the location for pick up would have/sell the adaptor.

John MWell thats crazy to HAVE to answer questions about the return location when it wasn't open and there was no interaction. Gave you a yes just because I'm a nice person. But I hate questionaires that aren't really valid.
