There were laves in the back of truck when picked up, drop off location accused me of leaving truck dirty and the person at drop off was rude about it.

Great experience as always

The office isn't easy to find as it's on the third floor and you are told to just leave the truck outside. It's a little unnerving to do that without anyone checking that you left it there with the key in it. The guy there didn't come down and said he would do it later. I had to take pics so that I had proof we actually left it there and left it clean.

I expected a 7 p.m. closing and planned our trip accordingly. U-Haul changed the turn-in location, because the first didn't accept towed equipment. No mention of the 4 p.m. closing at the new location. I had to just leave the equipment after the cleaning staff told me that the office closed at 4 p.m. You can let customers know of your very early close time, leave signs with instructions for late turn in.

This location helped me get everything I needed to hook up the trailer without being at the right facility to install the trailer.

No staff were available at time of drop off. Placed keys and contract in lockbox. Location is in a shady neighborhood.

Really hard location to find. Not marked very well, back behind another building .Without help from another person, would not found drop box,

It was hard to find off State St. and there were 2 other spots on E. Washington that would have been much closer. The guy checking us in didn't offer a receipt or check out the truck or anything while we were there.
Jesse L. on
Very easygoing and appreciated that.

The personnel were very, very helpful, but the tow dolly seriously needed some maintenance and some oil!

Make sure your computer systems work appropriately.

Hard to find. Needed to go upstairs to return truck.

Signs were not clear as to where the office is located. Not a good location for U-Haul. Drop off was in the middle of the parking lot for an industrial shop. Went to 3 doors before finding the right one. Elevator buttons activated and stopped for every floor and again after getting to the 3rd floor, jusy a random office.

They renters did not have the correct return address. The renters also had the incorrect trailer number on the paper work. And most importantly no one stayed to help us attach the trailer to our vehicle. We wait for almost two hours for a worker to show up and no one did. After we called the facility multiple times. We finally hooked the trailer up ourselves.

The location had no printer ink , so no receipt or contract copy was provided, was promised one through email none came through email either . So the only thing I had was a truck key and a picture taken with my phone of the computer screen, to show I had a truck rented in my name.

There were signs to guide you to the correct locations but in my opinion it was still difficult to ensure that you were doing things correctly. We didn't have to go inside because we were just dropping off, but it was certainly more difficult to drop it off than it was to reserve or pick up.

Need better signage as to where the office is at. Elevator was not functioning so walked 2-3 flights of stairs only to find office locked. The employee was out in parking lot with another customer. Employee was very friendly.

1. Can't find place. Then it's on 2nd floor with no elevator. 2. Not overly helpful or friendly 3. Put incorrect truck number on contract & never corrected I would NEVER use this location again

I got overcharged and now I'm finding it impossible to get ahold of the uhaul manager as she keeps ignoring my calls. I've left a voicemail and e-mail and still no response. I drove the uhaul a total of 5 miles and she charged me for two gallons of gas when the gas meter didn't even move a tad. This was super unprofessional and ridiculous that I cant even get ahold of the uhaul manager at that location and the fact she won't respond.

The sign said open but the door was locked so dropped key in slot and never talked to anyone.

Put better signage on State Ave, was challenging to find.
