Owner was extremely angry when I asked for help disconnecting trailer his daughter and son were great but he was angry with another customer but he came out extremely irritated and yelled at me I will not do business there again because of his actions and I may not do business with uhaul again because of his actions
ANDREW PProbably the most aggravating part about renting from U-Haul was the fact that I reserved the truck in the town I was moving from but had to drive 15 miles farther away to another location to get the truck which added a good hour for travel and check out onto getting the truck back to my house, which meant a delay for the people who were there to help me load it.
