Location was closed for pickup - unaware I needed to do a self pickup. App does not work well, clunky process overall. Back of truck was fine but the cab was pretty gross on pickup - cupholders full of dried, sticky coffee(?)

paul wI had forgotten my wallet in the truck and they were extremely helpful. Only wish is that they were 7 days a week.
DEAN PIt took 30 minutes into my rental to get the keys. The employee watched me struggle on his camera in the parking lot trying to get the code on my phone for the lockbox and he had all the keys inside. The van was dirty inside and the drivers side window wiper was broken? Horrible experience
