The interior of the cab was dirty, empty pop can in drink holder, empty McDonald's food container behind the seat.

My vehicle was covered in snow and ice. Was not cleaned off for me. No walk around. I had ordered a furniture cart. Did not get one. Had ordered pick up at fairway rd location. They didnt have my vehicle. Sent me 20 to 30 minutes out of my way to go get it at Hasty Market. Girl did not know what to do there and had to call someone to talk her thru the process. It was a terrible experience. Took way longer than it should have and i didnt get location pick up i requested or equipment i requested

Customer service was very friendly and efficient. Thank you

The clerk was a very nice and friendly young man, but busy, also running the convenience store by himself. To the point we had to find the truck ourselves and sometimes not sure if he was talking to us or the other customers.

Service was very good. The location manager was very helpful and understanding (exactly what is needed during a stressful move)

I wouldnt recommend it because there were no packing materials for purchase. Store was fine but it was strange to see cigarettes and bongs sold at a uhaul location. I have no problem with that but it is a below average location

Thank you for allowing me to say a few words. I booked my 10 foot truck at the Colbylocation in waterloo for two reasons. Number one was I had the storage locker there that I was going to empty, and two was it was near a hotel I planned to stay at. The day before I arrived I was informed I would have to take a cab to downtown Kitchener to let my truck at what was essentially a convenience store.the lady at the counter sold cigarettes and milk while I was getting my paper work done. At no time was I comfortable even giving her my visa to pay. They didn’t have the Dolly’s or the blankets I had already paid for in advance. Why it was that that truck couldn’t have been transported for me, the customer, to the location where I wanted it is a mystery. As for the Colby outlet, where I did eventually get my dolly and blankets, they are nothing short of superb. I have dealt with then now on 5 different occasions and they are efficient, organized, helpful and professional. I can’t say enough good about them.

Quick drop off.

The truck itself was great. I had ordered some dollies and furniture pads as well, but they had all been taken by a renter who arrived earlier in the day. I had done pre check in, and already paid, so I assumed that these items would be held/included, but was a bit disappointed. I was also informed that I would have to call customer service to arrange a drop off site, even though it was clearly written on the receipt (location and address). When I pointed this out, the person who was helping me still told me I had to call. This was a bit frustrating as well. I believe a bit more support for staff in drop off and pick up sites would have made that experience better.

There was no dolley inside the time truck though someone said there would be one.

I had pads as part of the reservation, but they did not have it. After wasting my time looking for mats and for a dolly, she did not have any and I had to drive to another location to pick up those items. The truck was dirty (a discovery I made when I arrived home to move my stuff) and was leaking water which damaged some of my furniture. I have pictures of the truck in the inside showing a puddle of water in some parts, and the dirt I had to clean before putting my stuff in.

We rented the 20' truck days in advance. When we showed up to get it, they would only give us a 15'. The 20' was sitting outside ready to go! Also, their computer system was painfully slow, and it took an hour to pick up the truck and half an hour to return it. We ended up having to make an extra trip because of the smaller truck size, which means we got back late and they charged us an extra day. It was a completely awful experience! Rent from somewhere else.

They changed extera me for gas while I already feel the tank to the same level that I received the truck

Picking up the truck took an exceptionally long time, since she had to serve other customers, repeatedly in the mist of serving us. Also we were given the keys to the wrong truck which resulted in a LOT of confusion over mileage and the status of the fuel tank. We were also overcharged. She called later to notify us that she was deducting money off the invoice, but we never received an updated invoice. Overall....a very lackluster experience.

Make sure your computers are working, had to wait 1.5 hours before they would give me the keys for the truck which forced my wife and myself to do all the moving alone, we are both in our late 70's.this truck had been booked 1 hour earlier than our arrival to pick it up.

You guys were awesome! From start to finish! Many thanks!

Have agents who know the system and understand customer service.

Nothing. She only to a little longer because of the new computer program. She was great. She even called me when she didnt hand back my drivers license nefore I left the city.

He fixed the issue with the missing dolly and applied the refund.

Have employees be more informative of the process. Including how to fuel the gas tank at the end.
Murry S. on
The person at pickup was totally incompetent. After what took forever to process, knowing there was $5 to $10 of extra gas in the tank he comes back and wants $1.57 plus tax for mileage. Is Uhaul that hard up.
