We returned the truck with the gas replenished and were harassed on a Friday night by an employee claiming we didn't replenish it. I advised we had the gas receipt and our driver had indeed replenished it. 3 upsetting phone calls into Friday night later until the manager called and advised the employee was new and made a mistake.Marc G.

During Covid businesses sanitize between customers. The truck we got wasn't even clean, much less sanitized. There were cigarette ashes everywhere and chocolate drink all over the dials - it was disgusting. When I mentioned it, the clerk said the previous customer returned it late... So why didn't we get one of the other 2 trucks in the lot instead? Other than the cleanliness issue, the clerk was personable, and the truck was easy to book, pickup and return.Gordon R.
We got a 20feet truck and it was dirty - There was a thick layer of dust on the dashboard, the wheel was not aligned at all, wipers were useless - we actually got caught in a storm and couldn't use the wipers! U-haul agent had no knowledge of U-haul insurance; did not do a vehicle security check with us - there were dents in the front bumper which we were not told about; did not know anything about the vehicle.JHOTISHA M.

It is kind of fraud at that location, Rent 15 tons truck just 3 hours . Drives 15 km distance ended up to be forced to add gas costed me 45$ And refused to charge me the daily rate and charged me 61 dollars so total is 105 $ is that right???HOSSAM M.
- Truck was booked 1 hour later than requested, even after I called to confirm the original pickup time & double checked online the day prior; received truck 1.5 hours late; $50 reservation guarantee was NOT honoured even after I brought it up - Rented equipment (utility dolly, furniture pads) were not provided - Truck was not cleaned or sanitized in any way from what we could tell - I believe we were charged a late fee; we returned the truck 40 minutes after our original return time, however I feel this is unfair given we received the truck 1.5 hours later than expectedSAMJAMES B.
The truck was filthy. There were dried sauce stains on the seats in the cabin and there was wet pain in the back of the truck which did get in my belongings. I had to clean up the paint before I loaded the truck in order to protect my own things, which meant that I ruined a bunch of my own personal towels.LEAHMICHELLE C.

I was overcharged for the item. I have called back the location multiple times to see the reason why, with no response. The left indicator light was broken before I received the truck but the clerk told me that they could not give me another truck. He assured me that Uhaul would be giving me some of my money back because of a faulty vehicle, but instead I got overchargedMOHAMMADALIGULAM S.

Both people I dealt with at Hasty Market were friendly and helpful. The van itself was not clean....animal hair on the front seat.....unfinished beverage in the passenger side door pocket....previous renters contracts on the front dash...but most concerning, especially now during COVID, there was no smell of anything being disinfected and sanitized.Elizabeth L.

Very helpful attendant when I arrived to pickup the truck and had problems with the web app giving me error messages.
