I booked a truck and was all ready to go and then you called me and told me you didn't have my truck and I would have to get another truck, from another location FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!!!!!!!!! The truck was late and you over charged me!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure what my next step is as YOU WILL be giving me over charge back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Calling an ombudsman to report you and see what I need to do next. I just got my internet back late this afternoon, so I couldn't fill out this survey or call an ombudsman. Some girl called me to tell me about the truck issue and said you would be crediting me $50 for the problem, where is that money??????????
Michael P.The guy wasn't there at the reservation time. The van reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to drive around with the windows down and I still got a headache. Not a pleasant uhaul experience.
