We reserved a 26ft truck in advance for our family move across town. The truck we were assigned had the catalytic converter stolen off of it and a check engine light so we had to return the truck immediately. No more trucks were available so the rep drove me to the nearest location for a replacement. When we arrived, the individual didn’t show up for work and was closed so we sat and waited for a way to get access to the truck. Delayed our day by hours and the truck we did use ended up having a check engine light come on as well.
