The poor woman running the store was thrown into a position with no training and struggled mightily. This was not her fault, she was pleasant and tried very hard to help us. It took over 45 minutes to rent a van that was reserved. When we went to return the van, we found the office closed (during a snowstorm) and the lot now plowed out. We ended up leaving the van down the street at a different retailer and left a message for RightSpace to go and pick it up. There was no communication that they store was closed. Keep in mind this location only has 1 vehicle. Management could have very easily called me to say they were closed and to leave it somewhere.
