The U-Haul agents at this location were not knowledgeable concerning the equipment. They were not friendly & not helpful
TIFFANY BBecause there were absolutely no moving blankets no moving dolly inside of the truck . I understand the potential of theft of these items when there are no fences to park your trucks behind but not one person ask me if I needed them before I left which put me going out of my mileage to acquire these items and so my mileage was over by a few miles and even though I put TWICE the gas required back in the truck they would not give me the 10$ credit back to my account even I had to go out of my way to get their supplies…..very unprofessional I thought .i don’t mean any harm I guess that’s what some people call good business nowadays
JOHN FThe overall experience with the truck was good. But the windshield is so dirty nasty that I could barely see out of it once it got dark.
ELIZABETH SI’m 5’4 and was able to drive fine. Lane assist was neat .
