Put my trip under in town when he was told to make it a one way and now they're trying to charge 500$ for dropping it off at another location.

This location was not convenient for drop off. I passed at least two other U-Haul locations on the way to this one.
EDMOND WThe truck was dirty with a dolly inside that was unsecured. I didn’t establish this until I got to my destination.
