Please have selected equipment available upon pickup of truck. I ordered 2 hand trucks and 2 dozen covers for my move, and this location had neither available on site. Also, the sales person was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful when asked about missing ordered items.

I ordered a 15ft truck but the only one available was 26…..and I had previously changed my location to this one to ensure availability. Also nobody was on site to assist and the online check in said “equipment has not been assigned yetâ€. So, not a great experience from location or UHAUL in general.
