The truck was not clean when I picked it up however, they probably were not expecting me to pick it up considering U-Haul sent me to four different places to pick up a truck

the representative that called me to change my pickup location was not very helpful, I needed to pick up my trailer at 8am and she told me that I could but the location did not open til 8:30. Thankfully they opened up about 8:15 and helped me out
Michael CI got charged twice
WYATT GNothing against this location but we rented from a Uhaul close to our home a month in advance. Received call the day before we were to pick up that we had to pick up at location at least 10 miles from our home. We should’ve had to pay mileage outside our perimeter.
