Great customer service
SAMMIE CThe truck was not clean when I picked it up however, they probably were not expecting me to pick it up considering U-Haul sent me to four different places to pick up a truck
Cheryl Sthe representative that called me to change my pickup location was not very helpful, I needed to pick up my trailer at 8am and she told me that I could but the location did not open til 8:30. Thankfully they opened up about 8:15 and helped me out
