Residential home with only 2 small U-Haul signs outside the gate. Gate closed with no key drop box nor instructions. What a shame and a waste of my time. Called 1800 go U-Haul, 2 people said 2 different things and caused me a huge confusion. I ended up paying more money for crappy service.
