In a persons home, had to wait too long. Luckily a district manager came by and did my check out on his phone/iPad or I would have waited even longer. Waited a half hour behind 1 other customer then district manager and finished my return

Patty made the transaction easy and helped find a uhaul when West Virginia University semester was wrapping up and no units were available. She drove to Bridgeport to secure a unit to accommodate our need a 75 mile round trip. Thanks Patty... Dave Rudy a return Customer.

I dropped of the trailer at a location that indicated it should have been open (Saturday) but no one was there. We did get someone on the phone that told us where to leave the trailer. It just wasn't a very professional set-up. There used to be a very good U-haul location in Morgantown, but it is no longer there.

I’d been waiting for 10 minutes and was next the lady took the customers that literally just walked up in front of me and I had to wait another 10 minutes.

My original pick up location did not have a truck ab and I never received any communication about a change. This location was inside someone's home. After walking across the street and through someone's backyard, we got to an "office" within the house. During that time, a little girl (the granddaughter) kept coming in and throwing a ball around and bothering the lady while she was trying to get my rental together. The whole thing was rather unprofessional.

I've rented many Uhauls. Valley Mart is the best experience I've ever had. Great job!

I think it would have been cheaper to rent a truck from rent a Center than here. The fees are get outrageous.

Have better informed employees. Was told i could return my trailer anywhere but my $134 rental turned into $1100 because i didnt return to the same store. Morgantown uhaul didnt even give me a receipt... she just said park it and you're good to go. ..

Honestly...I had no problems at all. When I returned the trailer, it was already after 8;30ish & I should have put a note on the door but, I was in a hurry to get home after returning from Bristol, Tn. ***side note***it humbles a man to see a grandchild asking for something to drink. People need to slow down & realize there are more important things in life than just the Me, Me, Me attitude. I'll admit that I was a little upset that I had to wait in line but...seeing that little girl reminded me of why I was there (&humbled me instantly), helping My Grand Children that live so far away from me.

Patty was great about getting me a truck on a Sunday on a Holiday Weekend!!! I'm looking forward to the Mobile U-Haul Share being fully up and running so I can pick up equipment 24-7!!!

Both Patty at Valley U-Haul and Angela in the Charleston dispatch office were extremely helpful in coordinating a slight change of plans. So very refreshing to have received exceptional customer service from them both.

I had a confirmation to pick up at Exit 1 Storage. I waited in line for around an hour. When he looked up my reservation he said he didn’t have one, that I needed to go to the Van Voorhis location which was a lot further away. I waited in line there for around a half an hour. Apparently the system was having difficulties. It did not appear to be a business. The grandchild was running around the office making the employee get sidetracked instead of getting me in and out. I even pre-registered online but that really didn’t help any. The 20’ truck that I rented was not 20’. It was around 16’ with a small loft. It should not be called a 20’ truck if it is not 20’. Also, I couldn’t judge the amount of gas I needed to put in the truck to make it go back to 1/2 tank. When I dropped it off it had 3/4 tank. There should be some type of refund for this. With all the setbacks I had I’ve decided I would never use UHAUL again.

Not the smoothest check in process but average.

The truck we were given didn’t drive correctly at all. My dad drives cars for a living and had trouble steering this truck due to all the issues it had. We had to crawl through the passenger seat to get in because the drivers door wasn’t unlocking. There was also broken glass in the back of it.

If you require any extra equipment customer should be told in advance or it should be available for purchase at that location. Trailer also was not ready at time of request.

Allow more time between turn-ins and reservation pick-ups. Though I arrived at 9:45 for a 9 am pick up, the office was not ready for my arrival, nor was the van swept from the previous use. The office manager reported that 4 people were schedule to pick up vans at 9 am and all of them had been turned in overnight.
