I had A 10am reservation - U-Haul person was not working, on and off hold with U-Haul support for over 1 hour finally able to get keys. You would only give us 1 hour of driving even though booked for 2 and your mistake and had a confirmed reservation and no one working. Your customer service team also not helpful.
