It took 45 min to get the car. U-haul instructed me get tge key out if the key lock. They had them with no keys. I called u-haul they had no idea where the keys were. The gas station attended had them.

Truck was snow covered with ice on the windshield that I had to clean. The agent took about 10 minutes staring at my printed reservation to figure out what to do. I think he said 2 words.
