Reading Self Storage is my storage go-to because of the customer service I have received. The staff are good and decent folk. The young gentleman on the phone could use more courtesy training, which is fixable.

there was a foot of frozen snow not cleaned off of the truck. the inner door handle was broken. The drivers side tail light AND turn signal were both broken as well and the whole place smelled like weed. When I left ice was falling off of the roof onto cars behind me on the highway and i couldn’t do anything about it. When I initially called u-haul the first lady was very helpful but then I was transferred to the Lehigh valley one and the lady dismissed all of my complaints and hung up on me… sooo Very below average and would not reccomend.. but the truck made it to CT so that’s something I guess.
Timothy Gbecause of the bad snow and ice storm we had the parking lot is really bad, they should have hire a service company to plow. The employees were extremely nice and helpful.
