The service at this location is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I recommend it to others.

The national service booked me a 1/4 pickup and a double U-Box trailer. The 1/4 ton pickup apparently cannot tow the double U-Box trailer. Cory, from Redmond Storage Central, worked it out for me to get the necessary equipment at the same price as the pickup. Qudo's to Cory, frustration with the national service.

The moving truck worked as advertised. It was clean, brakes worked very well and went off without a hitch. Good work! Thanks

Donuts! Thank you

I did want to speak longer to the person at this location about the tire but he did not have time to speak to me and I had to leave with my friends who waited on me.

The truck I got was very dirty in the cab. When you can take your hand and run it across the seat to clear off debris before the passenger sits down, that is not how I would run a shop. The van we used had some interesting maintenance issues as well. The side mirrors need to be lubed so that they actually turn based on the height and position of the driver. The passenger side front tire has a terrible wear pattern and is very low on the outside edge of the tire, whereas the driver side front tire has lots of treat and looks as though it has recently been replaced. When I got inside the truck, I noticed that the mileage written on my contract was 144734.9 but the actual mileage on the odometer was 144735.4 I noticed that I was charged for 1.4 gallons of fuel, which I am sure if not how much I burnt to drive the 6.1 miles over nearly flat terrain and nearly no load.

Nothing. The young man working at this location was fantastic. Corey or CJ...I am so tired from my move I can't recall what he said his name was at the moment unfortunately.

I had trouble understanding the instructions for after hours drop off because the instructions on the sticker were not very thorough. I called the number on the door and was able to figure it out. I received my contract via email this morning so everything turned out great. Thanks uhaul!

Way much professional people than Bend corporate location. Far superior! The U-Haul corporate store should take lessons from this Redmond location.

Truck was dirty. There was fast food bags left in cab and storage area was full of dirt.

Van had oil light on as soon as I drove a few miles.. I added oil and did not get compensated for it I got overcharged for bringing van back 23 minutes over 24 hours after warming them I was going to be late twice I left four phone messages regarding above issues and todate received no response and no refund..2 of the phone calls were to area manager and he has not responded.... all of this is outrageous!

I requested a truck that would haul a 4000 pound travel trailer. Then I discussed the connection for the lights and brakes. I told them I have a six-pin connection. They said the truck has a 4-pin, but no problem, they could sell me an adapter. I bought the adapter and then spent four frustrating hours trying to make it work, only to discover that it worked only for lights and not brakes. When I returned the truck as unusable for my purposes, they charged me $42.28. I want that charge reversed because they should never have rented it to me as it was unusable, Thank you.

a good truck at a good rental price. less expensive than a moving company.

Not sure why I was charged a $15.00 cleaning fee for the uhaul . I swept it out before returning it in the same condition as when I picked it up. I went to the office and was told I had to talk to the manager, so they gave me his number. I called him and had to leave a maessage asking him to call me back regarding this. He never did and I still have not received a refund. For this reason, I will never rent from uhaul again. Thanks for hearing me out on this. Jim Hargrave
