The staff were confused on the policy’s and it took over 45 mins to get me checked in. I was also charged for mileage and this is the first time that I had this charge. I went 20 miles and was charge over $38 for the mileage

Update the opening time!!!! Have a trained person who is familiar with the equipment being rented.
berry dIndividual at the drop off location was totally unhelpful. Stated that they were incapable of moving the truck. Would be beneficial if this location actually had detailed drop of location stating to park trucks behind the building.
Duncan MI cannot comment whether the location was clean because it was closed when my driver arrived.
JANICE MI was to have a trolley and they send a round to other location and they didn’t have one either.
