Parking location was confusing; no instructions were given. I had to park in a sketchy lot between the building and the railroad tracks. I did not know this until I attempted to pull it into the main lot, and had to back out into the street and move it. The personnel seemed to have no idea what was going on with the truck situation besides me parking it and taking the keys.
MITCHELL HIt was very unclear where the trucks were parked; we had to call uHaul to get clarity. Better directional signage re: where vehicles are located and where the lockbox for keys is would be super helpful.

MEKONNEN DIt was really hard to find the parking lot where uhaul trucks should be dropped off. I had to walk around to the backside of the building to find where the drop off location is. And it isn’t obvious because the drop off is only accessible right next to the train tracks.
