Quick check in besides the payment issues they were having but that didn’t have anything to do with this location. Very friendly and truck was ready to go.

Windshield was dirty and it had light debris inside of the floorboards of the truck. But considering the original location where I was supposed to pick up the truck the truck was not there and I was asked if I could wait for an extra hour which I could not so that employee ed up sending me over to the San Marcos location where the truck was already there it would be really nice touch if you could send out a truck with a fully clean windshield that I don't think that's asking very much and especially from the inside since it was clearly streaked.
ROBERT FAccess to the lot is very limited for a bigger vehicle like I drive.More importantly, the manager, Richard, would not change the ball on my hitch (which I had) so that the trailer could be attached. He would not loan me the wrenchs to change it myself. I had to rent the tools from a nearby business to do this simple job.
RONALD PThere was some confusion about the location hours of operation. This put unnecessary stress on everyone.
