Did not have an appliance dolly I asked for. Not much accessories to buy /tent.
JASON VWe had a scheduled pickup time for 2:00 and arrived early, however the person inside locked the door saying they were out to lunch and wouldn’t be back until 2:30…. We knocked and rang the doorbell since we had reserved the time for 2:00 and had to keep on schedule. After 10 minutes someone came out and handed us the key but was rude about it. Don’t lock the door if you know someone is coming to pick up a U-Haul!
