Never physically met anyone during pick up or drop off. I called letting you know I was dropping the trailer off a day earlier. Was told I would only be charged for two days not the three. I then get a call after three days asking when will I be returning the trailer. I called u haul and sent pictures with time stamp when I dropped it off. Now being charged for three days, Really disappointed with this kind off service. Will be calling you direct today to get this matter sorted, Thanks David Blake
