I want to know why I was billed an extra 30 dollars when I returned it with more gas then when I started?

Laretta W.Got over charged for stuff I didn't use and put more fule in the truck then what was in it and only got $6 Back were there was more the 16 gal more in the truck when it was returned no one is even in the office on weekends took three days after I returned the truck to talk to someone in the office
ERIC J.Electronically getting the truck was chaos but the manager at a nearby moving and storage facility coordinated and smoothed things out. I was greatly delayed (hour) plus the gas only had 22miles until empty-unacceptable!
