No Dolly was provided. We had to go back in and express the need for the dolly. When we were told too bad we decided to get a refund and go elsewhere as we were renting the Uhaul with the ramp specifically for the use of the dolly. Within 1 minute the guy came out of the back with said dolly. When I initially rented the Uhaul the guy said be back by 10am the next morning. My card was charged $51.00 at the time of leaving. The Uhaul was returned to the (closed)location at the correct time with the gas replaced in it, we drove less than 10 miles and the keys placed in the correct box. It Wasn't until 4 days later that I was charged $81. When I called to ask about the $30 extra charge I had to leave a message for the "Uhaul Guy" because nobody else knew anything about it. I have contacted them 4x now with no return call and still no explanation for the extra charges. I am extremely disappointed. Also the text with the link to verify dropping the Uhaul vehicle off was not applicable. When I clicked the link it said page not able to be displayed.
