I returned the truck, completed the mobile return, and the mobile app said someone would contact me immediately. No one ever called and I wasn’t really sure if I returned the truck correctly.

Diana MNO ONE ON SITE, THE VAN WAS FILTHY WITH SOME KIND OF FARM ANIMAL SMELL THAT GOT ON OUR MOVING BLANKETS. THERE WAS ANIMAL HAIR INSIDE THE CABIN AND THE BACK OF THE VAN. IT WAS DIRTY WITH DEBRIS. AS WE WERE DOING A COLLEGE MOVE-I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO RESERVE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAVE A LARGE MOVE IN AUGUST AND WILL CONSIDER STRONGLY NOT EVER USING UHAUL AGAIN. THE MOVERS WE HIRED VIA UHAUL WERE FANTASTIC!!!!*** FOR THEM.
