The uhaul was dirty, the windshield wipers didn't work, and the alignment was completely off. Got everything loaded up and when I arrived to my location, after it raining the entire trip, some of my stuff was soaked and ruined.

THOMAS P.Have mgs. Dawn McClung fired or replaced. She was the most disrespectful & unprofessional person I've EVER dealt with. I have her audio recorded as she yells, berates, threatens & insults me in front of three other witnesses. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran (Special Forces/Green Beret) as were witnesses. She even refused to out my name on the contract even after aggressively snatching my drivers licence...and put HER OWN name as the Only Authorized Operator on my contract. I've called my attorney to pursue actiin against her/U-haul for the legal dilemma she put me in.
