Checkin process took forever due the agent had the wrong location different from the one on the reservation. The trailer was old and the running lights did not work. I felt sorry for the agent that worked very hard with mo help from the manager and she was dealing with the motel guests also.

Had a great experience picking the trailer at Sonall LLC. The customer service was exceedingly above average. This location is a great representation of how a UHaul rental should be handled. The only drawback, was not getting the name of the person handling the rental agreement, she was very pleasant and professional.
