When I called to make the reservation, I was quoted a one way rate, even though I was clear the truck would be picked up and dropped off at the same location. I was also quoted in miles and USD, even though I'm in Ontario, Canada. Very misleading. I would've shopped rates had I known. Not an honest practice at all! Not sure I'll use U-Haul again.
