The gentleman there was extremely rude and combative.
Kryna TThe store manager or owner was completely unprofessional. Frustrated to do their job and made very unprofessional comments during the entire exchange. Terrible service, but the Uhauls worked fine.
DONALD NThe seatbelt adjuster was broken on the truck. I notified the employee, and he told me he would dead-line it when I returned it. Like why not then. That was a safety issue. I rented a truck with pickup and drop-off locations in two different cities. I went to drop it off, but was told I had to return it to where I picked it up. I was informed that, although I had set the truck to be dropped off in a different city in the app, the location incorrectly placed me in an in-town only vehicle. So I was responsible for returning it to the pick-up location. It was the worst experience I had with U-Haul hands down.
