I needed a dolly with the truck I did the reservations online and gave me the option to rent one but when I picked up the truck didn't have any should get at least one for each truck dolly is a must with a move.Janiry R.

When I arrived to pick up the uhaul my pick up time was 9:00 and they didn't come in until 9:36 also the truck was dirty and tires was low and also had every light on in the dash board from check engine and oil I thought it was Christmas for a second I will never never rent from that place againElena A.
There was water bottles in the uhaul we cleaned up t out so we wouldn't get blamed for it the people at the place was very rude not polite at all I will never rent from the spot again then when I return it she never put it though I waited almost a whole week for my money and I never had this problem with uhaul at all then she charged me 200.00 and some dollars this never happened to me I paid it because it was a emergency it will be the last time I go thereLucia B.
The U-Haul manager committed fraud. At the time of my rental I got charged on my credit card $135.87 for 1 day of rental as I ordered for 24 hours. I picked the truck at 11:00 AM. I have returned truck back on the SAME day at 7:45PM ( so total 8:45 hours rent). I have pictures taken before return to prove time, mileage and location of the vehicle. The clerk refused to sign any paper and told me that everything will be processed automatically tomorrow. I drove 195 miles instead of preliminary 100 miles. Next day the Manager charged me extra day and charged duplicate charges for everything - extra insurance, extra fees and double mileage: Environmental Fee $2 ( instead of $0 as 1 day Environmental Fees already paid in my first cc charge for $135,87 ) Mileage $173.55 ( instead of of $84.55, as $89 already paid in my first cc charge) SafeMove $28 ( instead of $0 as 1 day safe move already paid in my first cc charge ) Rental Charge $39.90 ( instead of $0 as 1 day rental already paid in my first cc charge ) PA Rental Fees $2 ( instead of $0 as 1 day Rental Fees already paid in my first cc charge ) As an additional charge U-Haul manager charged my credit card for amount $129.05 instead of just 84.55 for extra mileage. Total fraudulent overcharge of $44.50. Complaints to Attorney General and BBB are being submitted.Gregory G.

Both times I have used this location, it was a disaster. The second time I was using it was a mistake on uhauls behalf. Considering the man at Tilghman gave me no choice but to either cancel my reservation or basically deal with it, I had to go here. Upon arrival, there was no one there. He was 30 minutes late. I did the inline check in which marked my miles at about 50. He made my deposit for 130. And disregarded the entire online check in. This location is completely dysfunctional. They have never been on time in my experience, or in others. 10/10 would not recommend.Katelyn Z.

You need to ID which U Haul locations are manned by humans and those that you must use your app to access a key box to get your truck. The app is beyond horrible and difficult. We only wound up at this location b/c we could not get our truck where we had reserved it.Robert M.
Truck was nice and clean . No govenor on it which was very helpful. Steeering a bit squirrely but overall everything was great! The online login experience was confusing for me and required a lot of time inside at the window for help. Even needed the assistance of the gentleman from store to get my license uploaded! I reserved everything online and had it all situated, to just be picked up when I got their. There was no one at the desk so I had to wait 10min. Than the lady had no clue how to pull up my info, so she charged me 3 different times. Than held me their an extra hour just to fix her mistakes. Terrible service. I should've gotten a discount or something for everything I had to go through and wait. Also when I stated I didn't want the U-Haul insurance she still put it on my bill. Not a happy customer. The young woman that is assigned to the U-Haul business I think is intelligent, speaks reasonable English, capable. The problem is the site and the U-Haul set-up. The monitor is at least a foot over the poor girl's head. She was taking iPhone video or photos off the screen and sending/talking to others involved in the rental process. On pickup day (8AM) the laundry was locked. We got in through an adjacent business, and the owner(?) told me in mostly Spanish that the U-Haul opens at 10AM. I was irate and called U-Haul customer service, and while on the phone the young woman showed up at 8:30am. I was given the keys but the customer service rep asked if I was given a contract and I said no. He spoke to the young woman and it was realized I had a reservation but not yet a contract. She quickly processed my payment, emailed the contract, and I was on my way. The return process was efficient. Truck had low RF low tire pressure light on when I got it, but it ran great and got decent gas mileage. (No moving blankets or tie-downs inside, but I had brought my own.)alexander M.

If I could give no stars for this place, I would. The person in charge wasn't even there in person. The poor lady in charge of the laundromat was only Spanish speaking and had to call the guy over the phone in order for us to get the keys to the truck. Unfortunately there is music blazing in the background and so you can't even hear anything over the phone. Avoid this place at all cost if you can. Not even sure why they are still in business.Janet D.

Truck was absolutely terrible. Garbage was left behind both in the cabin and in the back and the smell was horrendous. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months which is currently against state policy for being considered an essential workplace to remain open.Justin R.
Music/TV was loud and obnoxious in the building. I went online ahead of time to streamline the check-out process but spent an extraordinary amount of time checking out as the computer work had to be redone, a number of times, and the person serving me did not speak English. The woman renting the equipment only speaks Spanish. Difficult to communicate with. The manager George, was not available, only by phone. He was helpful, spoke English and communicated to the woman.George said I could pick up the truck at 8:00 AM. when I arrived at 8:15 AM, the woman said I had to come back at 10:00 AM even though there was a 15ft truck in the lot. When I returned I was assigned the same truck which hadn't moved with only 1/3 of a tank of gas. She called George and was told I should get gas and drop it off with the same amount as when I received it.raymond N.
