My drop off experience was terrible. After unloading the truck, I checked my iPhone (Apple Maps) for the closest U Haul location. It gave me 714 Liberty Street. When I went there, there was no location. You should have your locations updated. So I looked for the next place which was 232 N. 7th which was supposed to be open until 3, but when I got there (before 3) the gate to the parking lot was padlocked and there were no people there. So I called U-Haul and they told me to go to1326 W Tilghman St, which is a laundramat/Western Union place where I had to wait to drop it off because it was Sunday and they are "busy on Sundays."

I was charged a full day rental for bringing the trailer back a few hours late!!!! I will never rent from this location again !!!!

No English speaking assistance at location. Equipment was not in truck I had to make additional trips and add additional mileage to go back and get the dolly and pads. Waited an hour at location just to drop off while the agent looked at me and laughed speaking Spanish and doing laundry. I was charged for an extra day and insurance for going a few hours over my time even after calling customer service and informing them of the dispute and waiting an hour just to turn the truck in. Customer service had no consideration and refused to accomodate me as a customer. I would never use these guys again! Uhaul or Ole!!!

I am extremely upset. I went to pick up the truck. First of all the man never went over the papers or told me to read them, he rushed me to sign the paper. If I would have seen the cost $245 I would have never been able to rent the truck, i barely had sufficient funds to cover the cost, I had pending bills that could have bounced. Thankfully I got on line before the bills came out to stop payment. Secondly, the truck was not ready. There was ice all over the windows and nothing to clean them off with. I had to let the truck run a while, which burnt gas. I found an empty water bottle in the door to try getting the ice off the windows. Thirdly, I am really upset I called twice because of everything that went on, I feel I should be reimbursed some of my money. Each time I spoke with someone they promised I would get a call back, that because of the situation maybe something could be done. I never heard anything back!!!!! If I do not hear back this coming week, believe me I will contact Better Buisness Bureau and find out if anything could be done. I will also make sure that I let it be known how you conduct your business. Please have the decency to empathize and respect your customers. This was a horrible experience my pick time was 10am I did not get out of location until 11am. The clerk could not answer my questions due to a language barrier, she spoke little English. I rented a tow dolly and truck. When paper work was completed the clerk gave me the keys did not show me where the truck was or the tow dolly. Truck and dolly were not connected, when asked for assistance the clerk could not give me answers so I had to go online to find out how to install them together. This is a laundry mat not an official uhaul with people running the facility that do not have a clue what they are doing. I would not recommend this uhaul loa toon to anyone.

Took too much time to complete the rental even though I’d preregistered. Also, the trailer wasn’t included on the original reservation details to this dealer. He effectively solved the problem, but that was unnecessary work and time!

Trailer was not clean but was cleaned by female attendant. She had to help get trailer turned around so I could hook it up. Guy showed up but too late to help. On return, no one helped disconnect and park

Try to ensure that you don't end up sending customers somewhere else day prior to picking up and then vehicle isn't available that day once customer shows up.

Truck was filthy. Had sand and some sort of grease all over the back of it which I didn’t realize until we got to our location. Also there were water bottles , napkins, and a used dental floss stick.

Was quoted $.89 per mile over the phone and when I arrived it was $1.39 per mile. Check engine light was on the entire duration of the trip. Also was told gas was at 7/8 of a tank when it was really at 3/4. Dealer knew I was in a bind and took complete advantage of the situation. Utterly disgusted.
